About This Website

We went to the park to take our dog for a walk and to our surprise found the dog run.  It wasn't officially open, but the fence was up and chips were down.  Other dog owners and their dogs were there too.  After chatting  we said "Wouldn't it be nice to have an unofficial website about the dog park?  We could share ideas and information and maybe even add pictures of the dogs who played in the dog run..." and that's how (www.dogpark.us) came to be.   

We would like more people to know about the dog run.  Hopefully this website will introduce them to it.  We understand that it is not the policy of the park commission to allow notices to be posted.  Word of mouth is the way people are finding out about this website.  Please give this web address to other dog owners (www.dogpark.us) when you can.
